custom hotel booking engine
The booking engine is based on a short 3 step process and allows the user to customise their trip. Instead of picking a room and a rate. The engine has room prices which then can be customised with "flexibility" (e.g. Flexible Rate) as well as add-ons (e.g. Breakfast).
From the users perspective she is adding features to her booking and instantly sees the price difference. Transforming the booking experience into a configuration process.
HTL Membership/One-Click Booking Engine
For even faster booking - guests can sign-up on the website and select their preferences with regards to rooms and customisation options.
Once the user has setup their preferences the booking engine becomes a one click booking engine.
Self-Checkin Kiosk
To complete the seamless digital experience, we developed a self checkin-kiosk that allows the guest to check in directly at the hotel. Guests can enter the
hotel and use one of the custom build terminals that are seamlessly integrated into the hotels furniture. The integrated tablet PCs are connected to the card-encoders to allow the guest to complete the whole checkin process themselves.
