We engineered a seamlessly integrated custom booking engine for citizenM, directly embedded into their website. The bespoke booking engine allows guests to research, and book their trips without ever leaving the site, maintaining consistent brand elements throughout the entire booking process. We are constantly working with citizenM to improve the flows and try out new things to increase direct bookings.

Membership and subscription with mycitizenM+
In 2022, citizenM introduced a industry first member program: mycitizenM plus. Guests can signup for a monthly/yearly subscription program that provides room discounts, room upgrades and late check-out. We worked with citizenM on integrating the member ship program into the website, booking engine and guest portal. Customers can seamlessly join the new program durign booking - withour disrupting the booking flow.

In order to allow customers to book the citizenM meeting rooms, we developed a bespoke Meeting Booking Engine, fully integrated into the citizenM website for streamlined booking experiences.

PMS Migration & Scalability
Scaling from 4 to 36 hotels required seamless PMS transitions. We played a key role in citizenM’s two major migrations, ensuring uninterrupted operations and a frictionless guest experience.
- Industry-Leading PMS Migration: Supported citizenM in moving 7,500 rooms across 36 hotels to Apaleo PMS in just eight weeks—one of the fastest rollouts in hospitality.
