Project Manager/ Client Manager (m/f/d)

Your role

  • Act as the interface between clients and our team, identifying needs and translating them into clear tasks.
  • Review client requirements, create additional offers, and discuss them with clients.
  • Plan and coordinate projects, ensure deadlines are met, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure that both the team and clients implement requirements effectively.
  • Take an active role in operational tasks and support our CEO with organizational responsibilities.
  • Get involved in the development of our new stealth-mode product and contribute to shaping its future.

What you should bring

  • Initial experience in project management or client services, ideally with a focus on digital products (websites, booking systems, apps).
  • Interest and affinity for technological topics – programming skills are not required, but an understanding of how APIs, booking systems, or web solutions work is a plus.
  • A structured way of working, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with clients and internal teams.
  • Curiosity to explore the hospitality industry – no prior experience is required, but it’s a bonus.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
